Leading the end-to-end platform architecture of Dex HRMS, a commercial HRMS platform designed for multi-organisation adoption. I serve as the technical authority for system architecture, security posture, scalability, and design governance. My work has transformed Dex HRMS into a secure, multi-tenant, production-ready platform and directly enabled platform scale, multi-client adoption, and revenue growth through architectural maturity.
